Ancient wisdom. Contemporary life.
How do we develop character? What do we owe one another? How do we recognize a recurring pattern, respond to uncertainty, or find a direction we can follow with integrity?
DAILY IFÁ explores these questions through the stories, teachings, and living traditions of Ifá and the Òrìṣà.
I am Babá Tilo de Àjàgùnnà, a Bàbálórìṣà & Bàbáláwo rooted in Brazilian Candomblé and Ifá traditions, an author, and the creator of DAILY IFÁ.
My work brings spiritual practice, research, and contemporary experience into conversation—with attention to differences among traditions and to the choices through which understanding becomes a way of living.
You are welcome as a practitioner, a student, or a curious reader. You do not need to know your personal Òrìṣà or life Odù to begin.
1. Begin with the free newsletter
The free DAILY IFÁ newsletter, published on Saturdays, is the simplest place to start.
Essays explore love, identity, family, work, responsibility, belonging, and change through traditional teachings and contemporary reflection.
Read at your own pace. Follow the subjects that speak to you.
2. Explore the free reading library
Looking for a particular Odù, Òrìṣà, or tradition?
The DAILY IFÁ reading library brings together articles on Ifá, the Òrìṣà, and traditions across Africa and the diaspora. Explore stories, cultural backgrounds, and contemporary interpretations, with connections to related Academy studies.
Use it alongside the newsletter: follow a question from an essay, look up an unfamiliar name, or explore a subject at your own pace.
The reading library is free to explore.

3. Build your understanding with the Academy
DAILY IFÁ ACADEMY is a growing video teaching library exploring the 256 Odù Ifá, the Òrìṣà, and related sacred figures.
The studies bring selected stories into focus, distinguish traditional narratives from present-day interpretations, and offer questions you can carry into your own life and practice.
Begin with the free introduction. Supporting and Founding Members can continue into the published member studies.

4. Explore your questions with ASK IFÁ & ÒRÌṢÀ
Sometimes a teaching leaves you with a question you want to follow further.
ASK IFÁ & ÒRÌṢÀ is an AI-assisted companion drawing on my curated knowledge collections covering all 256 Odù and a substantial body of Òrìṣà teachings.
Ask about a story, explore an Odù you have received, compare traditions, or reflect on a situation—in your preferred language.
You can use it directly in your browser without a ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI-service account.
Included for Supporting and Founding Members.
5. Discover your LIFE CHART
For a sustained personal perspective, LIFE CHART brings your supplied information into an extended report exploring character, relationships, inherited patterns, work, and spiritual direction.
You can begin with your date of birth. Confirmed Odù and Òrìṣà connections can make the reading more specific; calculated references remain distinct from signs received through initiation or divination.
Explore complete sample reports in English and Brazilian Portuguese before deciding whether the approach speaks to you.
One personalized LIFE CHART is included exclusively for Founding Members.

A thoughtful approach to learning
These traditions have distinct histories, lineages, and practices. Connections matter, and so do differences.
The apps support study and reflection. Their answers and reports are generated with AI assistance and are not individual consultations personally written or reviewed by me. They do not perform divination, determine your personal Òrìṣà, or establish your initiation Odù.
Bring significant questions back to your elders, spiritual house, or diviner. Your judgment and the relationships through which you learn remain essential.
